Job summary

KidStrong Wilmington is seeking a part-time Membership Sales & Operations Associate to connect with families, convert leads into memberships, and keep a busy center running smoothly. The role blends sales, customer service, and operations, with opportunities to advance and earn bonuses based on performance.

You’ll be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with children and families in a fast-paced environment.

Membership Sales & Operations Associate - KidStrong

Part-Time | Starting up to $15+/hr + Commission & Bonuses

KidStrong Wilmington is looking for a Sales & Member Experience Specialist who can confidently connect with families, convert leads into memberships, stay on top of follow-up and administrative tasks, and help keep a busy center running at a high level.

This is not a traditional front desk or receptionist role. We need someone who is just as comfortable picking up the phone and calling a prospective family as they are greeting members, working through a task list, learning new software, helping with center operations, and confidently asking a family to join KidStrong.

The right person is high-energy, sales-minded, extremely comfortable talking to people, quick with technology, organized, and self-motivated. You should be someone who loves being proactive.

Previous experience in boutique fitness or a membership-based business is highly valued.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with potential for full-time with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.

We are currently looking for someone with strong overall availability and some flexibility to help cover a variety of shifts based on the needs of the center.

Typical shifts may include:

• Weekday mornings: approximately 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Weekday afternoons/evenings: approximately 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends: approximately 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are looking for someone who has some flexibility to help cover shifts when needed, including supporting the leadership team during scheduled days off.

Schedules are based on business needs and provided in advance.

• Experience making outbound calls and following up with leads
• Experience working toward measurable sales/conversion goals
• CRM or lead-management experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple platforms quickly
