Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to enhance sales opportunities.
• Interpersonal & Communication: Provide exemplary customer service by warmly greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and promptly addressing member concerns.
• Customer Retention: Ensure member retention by adhering to operational guidelines, delivering exceptional service, and conducting follow-ups.
• Sales: Drive membership sales with a positive, outgoing personality; effectively close sales by addressing objections and negotiating terms.
• Promotion & Passion: Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching, achieve sales goals, encourage add-ons, and enhance sales skills.
• Advocacy & Wellness: Foster positive relationships with members and team, maintaining the culture of Stretch Zone.
• Data & Performance: Report daily KPIs and monitor sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Generate leads through in-store interactions, calls, and digital platforms.
