Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a Membership Sales Coordinator, onsite in Spicewood, TX. You will welcome prospective and current members, conduct membership tours and consultations, and guide guests through the membership journey with exceptional service.

As a Membership Sales Coordinator, you\'ll play an important role in introducing guests to the Canyon Ranch Membership program while creating exceptional experiences from their first conversation through their continued membership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing outstanding service, and helping others discover the long-term benefits of a wellness lifestyle. You\'ll combine consultative sales with exceptional hospitality, supporting members throughout their journey while helping grow our vibrant membership community.

This is an onsite position in Spicewood, TX.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU\'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Welcome prospective and current members by providing exceptional service and serving as a trusted resource throughout their membership journey.
• Conduct membership tours and consultations, helping guests understand the value and benefits of becoming a Canyon Ranch member.
• Build relationships with prospective members through thoughtful follow-up before, during, and after their stay.
• Prepare membership agreements, welcome materials, and member communications while maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.
• Coordinate member arrivals, amenities, special events, and exclusive experiences to ensure every interaction is personalized and memorable.
• Monitor membership activity, renewals, and reporting to support operational excellence and business growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the resort to deliver a seamless and elevated member experience.
• Contribute to membership sales goals while maintaining Canyon Ranch\'s exceptional standards of service.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, membership services, or a related guest-focused role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
