Scissors & Scotch in Reston, VA is seeking a Membership Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the first and last impression for guests, drive membership sales, and provide exceptional hospitality in an upscale barber and bar setting.

You will explain membership benefits, operate a POS system, and help grow the business through relationships with clients while maintaining a polished, professional appearance and demeanor.

Membership Sales & Guest Experience SpecialistScissors & Scotch is a barbershop and bar. It’s upscale but not uptight. S&S caters to clients from all walks of life looking for an amazing haircut plus that “Cheers” experience where everyone knows their name. This isn’t your typical front desk position. You’ll be the first and last impression for every guest while helping grow the business through relationship building, membership sales and outstanding hospitality.These are the requirements for this position:You’re a good personWe live by our Core Principles. Our membership is a phenomenal deal but part of your job is explaining that to people consistently.You can work a computer better than your parents.We have a POS system. We book appointments.
