Scissors & Scotch in Franklin, TN is looking for a Client Experience + Sales Coordinator who can sell memberships, liquor, and add-on services while delivering outstanding service from the front door to the final drink.

You will be the face of the brand, drive sales through upselling and relationship-building, handle check-ins and payments, and help grow repeat business with a friendly, can-do attitude.

This role isn't just about checking people in and making drinks. You're the first and last impression, and your job is to drive sales through exceptional service, upselling, and relationship-building.

What You'll Own:

• Sell memberships, liquor, and add-on services
• Make and serve drinks in our lounge
• Handle all check-ins, payments, and client needs
• Build repeat business through consistent, personal service
• Be the face of the brand—set the tone, own the vibe
• Gratuity
• Raises every 6 months based on performance

Compensation
