Job summary

DivaDance is seeking a confident, persuasive outreach partner to grow our studio membership in Southwest Dallas. You’ll engage clients after classes, learn their goals, and match them with the best membership options. Your role includes onboarding new members and helping them maximize value while keeping the energy fun and inclusive.

Evenings and some weekends are expected, with 2–3 classes per week. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus; a reliable transport means you can arrive

Qualifications

• Flexible part-time schedule.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage with class attendees to understand needs and goals.
• Recommend appropriate membership options and complete sign-ups.
• Onboard new members and help them maximize their benefits.
• Post to social media during classes to share updates and engage clients.
