Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Louisville is opening a brand-new location at Westport Village and we're looking for driven, people-first Membership Sales Associates to help us build something special from day one. This isn't your average sales job. You'll be selling something people actually want to buy — better sleep, faster recovery, glowing skin, stress relief, and a healthier life.

Commission is uncapped, so earnings grow with results. Brand-new location, opening soon in Louisville.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred — fitness, wellness, spa, or hospitality background is a big plus.
• A natural at building rapport and connecting with people.
• Comfortable using a CRM/POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio tours and consultations that highlight the real benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and recovery services.
• Present membership options and confidently close sales.
• Follow up with leads and keep our CRM sharp and organized.
• Represent the Perspire brand at community outreach events and tabling opportunities as we build buzz ahead of our grand opening.
• Create a welcoming, high-energy studio experience for every guest.

Perspire Sauna Studio offers infrared sauna therapy, red light therapy, halotherapy, and recovery services designed to help our members look better, feel better, and live better. What You'll Do:

Welcome and engage prospective members with warm, confident energy. Lead studio tours and consultations that highlight the real benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and recovery services. What We're Looking For:

A natural at building rapport and connecting with people. Sales experience preferred — fitness, wellness, spa, or hospitality background is a big plus. A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping people feel their best. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and energized by hitting (and beating) targets. Comfortable using a CRM/POS system. Full-time availability, including some evenings and weekends.

Hours & Shifts

Open 7 days/week, closed major holidays. Hiring full-time and part-time.

• Mon–Fri: 6:30a–12p, 6:30a–2p, 12p–8p, 4p–9:30p, 5p–9:30p
• Sat–Sun: 7:30a–12:30p, 9a–2:30p, 2p–8:30p
• Full-time up to 32 hrs/wk, part-time up to 24 hrs/wk
