Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is important and smoke-free environment expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education.
• Drive KPIs such as average ticket price and rebooking through memberships and services.
• Promote add-ons and retail sales to customers.
• Develop membership leads and follow up with potential members.
• Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage profiles.
• Manage cash drawer and daily cash handling.
• Meet customer expectations, resolve concerns, retain memberships.
• Follow Scenthound sanitation and cleaning practices; keep reception area presentable.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Center Manager.
