Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a customer-focused team member in Edmond, OK to educate members on practitioner-assisted stretching and help drive session scheduling and inquiries. Training will be provided to support success in a dynamic, member-centric environment.

You will engage with members, answer phones, and contribute to team goals while delivering a welcoming experience and thoughtful follow-up communications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set.
• Ability to communicate on the telephone comfortably.
