Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
