Job summary

Stretch Zone invites a Front Desk / Membership Sales Associate to be the first contact for clients, drive memberships, and support member success in a welcoming studio.

You will check in members, manage appointments, and promote Stretch Zone benefits while collaborating with the studio team to meet daily goals and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine interest in helping people and creating a positive client experience.
• Confidence speaking with customers and asking for the sale.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Openness to learning, receiving feedback, and developing new skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk experience by warmly greeting clients, checking members in, answering phones, responding to questions, and maintaining a welcoming studio environment.
• Manage the client schedule by booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments while keeping the studio calendar organized.
• Drive membership sales by introducing guests to the benefits of Stretch Zone and helping them find the right membership for their goals.
• Build strong member relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
• Support member retention by creating a seamless client experience and addressing member questions or concerns.
• Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continuously developing your sales skills.
• Work closely with the studio team to contribute to daily operations and team goals.
