Rocket Carwash is expanding and seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving membership sales. You will educate guests on wash plans, assist customers in the lot, and work as part of a collaborative team to meet sales targets.

We value professionalism, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors across varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Individually lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk/sit for up to 8 hours.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model with a positive image and greet customers by name.
• Educate members about wash plans and check in on their experience.
• Assist customers in the lot and ensure a smooth visit.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; promote memberships.
• Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions.
• Work as part of a collaborative team and uphold safety policies.
• Complete side-work and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Be flexible to learn basic to intermediate technology tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model by consistently presenting a positive and friendly image, warmly greeting customers with a smile, addressing them by name, executing operational fundamentals with excellence, and extending a genuine invitation to return, all to create a personalized and memorable experience.
• Build memorable connections with both current and potential members by educating them about the benefits of each wash plan and checking in on their experience throughout their visit.
• Engage with customers in the lot by offering assistance, answering questions, and ensuring they have a smooth, enjoyable visit.
• Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while promoting memberships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Influence and create sales best practices to positively impact membership numbers.
• Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized location. Complete all necessary side-work, housekeeping tasks, and any additional duties assigned by a manager or supervisor to maintain operational excellence.
• Work as a member of a team in an environment where collaboration and a positive attitude are keys to driving success.
• Maintain awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
• May be asked to perform basic to intermediate-level technology tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply!
• Sales experience is preferred
• Individually lift objects off the ground weighing up to 50 pounds
• Safely work with a team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100+ pounds
• Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
• Be available to work various shifts and holidays, based on the needs of the business

Pay Rate:

$14-$15/hr based upon work experience + competitive sales-based earnings & performance-driven bonus structure!
