In conjunction with the Membership Sales Manager, this position is responsible for Membership Sales across all categories, including transferable Charter & Property Privilege, Social, Sports, Classic, Premier, Signature, and others. The primary goal is to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to maximize memberships and programs, achieving the Club's sales plan for initiation fees and dues.
Bachelor’s Degree required, with at least two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in sales prospecting is preferred.
This role supervises the Pinehurst Country Club Administrative Assistant. It requires effective communication skills, basic mathematical ability, reasoning skills, and physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds. The work environment is primarily moderate noise in an office setting, with outdoor activities in varying weather conditions.
