HealthFitness in Burlington, WI is seeking a part-time Membership Representative to drive new membership sales and retention. You will provide outstanding customer service, build relationships, and support members across face-to-face, phone, text, and email channels.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years sales experience, CPR/AED certification within 45 days, and a flu vaccination. Flexible Sundays and potential weekday/evening hours offer additional income opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current members via in-person, phone, text, and email.

• May provide floor leadership and coverage when manager unavailable.
• Conduct facility tours and assist with account changes/requests.

In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.Availability: Two Sundays a month, with the opportunity to earn additional income working weekday days/evenings, with Saturday coverage as needed.Key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center. Responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts and services offered.Key Accountabilities:Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.Promoting and attending facility social events.Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn’t available.Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.Other duties as needed/assignedMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED.Adult CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, or the American Safety & Health Institute will be required within 45 days of hire.1-2 years previous sales experience.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Highly motivated and communicates effectively.Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.Flu vaccination required during Fall season.Preferred:Associates degree or relevant work experience.The compensation range for this role is $15/hr - $16/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
