Responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts and services offered.**Key Accountabilities:*** Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.* Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.* Promoting and attending facility social events.* Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.* May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn’t available.* Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.* Other duties as needed/assigned**Minimum Requirements*** High School Diploma/GED.* Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of start date.* 1-2 years previous sales experience.* Exceptional interpersonal skills.* Highly motivated and communicates effectively.* Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.* Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
