The Membership Marketing Specialist develops and executes data-driven recruitment and retention strategies to enhance member acquisition and retention, engagement, and lifetime value across membership categories. This role leverages analytics, CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and cross-division collaboration to articulate member value, optimize campaigns, and improve the overall member experience. This exempt position will report to the Associate Vice President in the Division of Member Services.
