The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC in Riverside Township, New Jersey, is seeking a Membership Manager to turn conversations into lifelong memberships and lead a high-energy team. You’ll live by hitting sales targets, while delivering exceptional member experiences and driving growth.

As a non-exempt, full-time leader, you’ll oversee Membership Advisors, manage daily operations, and support the GM when off-site. This role offers commission and bonuses and a clear path for growth within a thriving gym

Key Details

• Competencies: Coaching & Development, Results Driven
• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site. There is a reason our members call us the best gym ever... It’s because we have the best team ever.
