Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs in Media, Pennsylvania is seeking a Membership Manager to turn conversations into memberships and drive growth for the club. You will hit individual and team sales goals, generate leads, and help grow the member base in a high-energy gym environment.

You will coach and develop a team of Membership Advisors, providing real-time feedback and training as part of a non-exempt, full-time role that offers hourly pay, commission, and bonuses, along with a strong benefits package

Key Details

• Competencies: Coaching & Development, Results Driven
• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site. There is a reason our members call us the best gym ever... It’s because we have the best team ever.
