The Edge Fitness Clubs in Illinois is seeking a Membership Manager to turn conversations into lasting memberships. You’ll drive sales, lead a team, and represent the club in the community.

This is a non-exempt, full-time role with varied hours; you will supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site.

Earn up to $100,000 per year with hourly pay, commission, and bonuses, plus benefits and career growth opportunities.

Key Details:

• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site.
