Job summary

Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to drive membership growth and lead a dynamic sales team at our New Jersey locations. You'll convert conversations into commitments, optimize performance, and model a high-energy, member-focused culture.

You'll supervise Membership Advisors, act as Manager on Duty, and help shape career paths through leadership training and ongoing development. This is a full-time, on-site role with varied hours and performance-driven compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales leadership or gym membership sales preferred.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Customer-focused with ability to drive results.

Key Details:

• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site.
