The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a rockstar Membership Manager to drive membership growth in a high-energy gym environment where every day is different.

You’ll hit individual and team sales goals, coach and develop staff through live role plays, supervise Membership Advisors, and serve as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site. Key Details

• Competencies: Coaching & Development, Results Driven
• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site. There is a reason our members call us the best gym ever... It’s because we have the best team ever.
