Job summary

Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to drive membership growth and lead a dynamic team in a high-energy club environment. You’ll convert conversations into memberships, manage daily activities, and stay focused on performance metrics while delivering exceptional member experiences.

You’ll supervise Membership Advisors, act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site, and contribute to a culture of energy, motivation, and accountability inside our gyms.

Key Details:

• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site.
