Edge Fitness Clubs is hiring a Membership Manager to turn conversations into memberships in a fast-paced gym environment. You will drive both individual and team sales goals while delivering outstanding member experiences.

You'll coach and develop your team daily, manage outreach, and supervise Membership Advisors as the Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site. A high-energy, growth-minded attitude helps you succeed.

Key Details:

• Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors
• This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
• You’ll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site.
