Job summary

Zoomies Chicago is seeking a Customer Success Associate to be the heartbeat of the front‑of‑house experience. You’ll handle membership onboarding, vet record collection, and inquiry response at the main park and bar entrance.

This sales‑minded, relationship‑driven role requires energy, organization, and a true passion for building a dog‑loving community. Weekend and evening availability is required in our dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or guest experience experience.
• Confident communicator on phones, email, and in person.
• Sales-focused with ability to convert inquiries into memberships.
• Experience with CRM or member databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary front desk contact, greet members and issue passes
• Own member lifecycle: onboarding, vet records, renewals, cancellations
• Respond to calls, emails, and social inquiries with warmth
• Drive membership sales by educating guests on services and pricing
• Maintain CRM records and ensure dog files are up to date
• Collaborate with Canine Care Specialists on park check-ins
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing, and admin duties
