Job summary

The Club at The National Polo Center is seeking a Membership Sales Manager in Wellington, FL to drive membership growth, build relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities. You will lead strategy, prospecting, tours, proposals, and ongoing pipeline management to convert leads and expand individual and corporate memberships.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Catering, you’ll collaborate with the Senior Manager, Membership and Experience to ensure member retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years in sales, solutions, business development, membership sales, hospitality sales, private club sales, or related client relationships roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify new member opportunities and aggressively pursue acquisitions to meet revenue goals.
• Manage the full membership sales process from lead generation to conversion, including tours, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Grow Corporate Memberships through targeted outreach and partnerships.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular lead, tour, proposal, and pipeline reports.
