Echelon Fitness in Stuart, FL, is seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team, focusing on growing and retaining our membership community. This hands-on role blends marketing support with campaigns that help members get started and stay engaged.

You’ll collaborate with content, product, customer service, and creative teams to address gaps in the member experience, track results, and assist with launches, social media, and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience or relevant internships.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interest in membership marketing and customer retention.
• Familiar with email marketing platforms, Canva, and social media; knowledge of segmentation or automated campaigns is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support marketing work with careful review.

Responsabilités

• Support membership campaigns across onboarding, conversion, engagement, and renewals.
• Create email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Promote classes, features, and membership benefits.
• Follow up with equipment buyers to convert to active members.
• Coordinate with content, product, customer service, and creative teams.
• Track campaign results and suggest improvements.
• Assist with product launches, social media, and promotions.
• Organize marketing calendars and assets.
