Old Colony YMCA in East Bridgewater, MA is seeking a Member Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to drive membership growth through strategic outreach, tours, and grassroots recruitment. You will lead onboarding, app usage, and member experiences while collaborating with branches and departments.

The role requires an associates degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in member services, and proven ability to recruit new members, manage resulting metrics, and supervise staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales, new member acquisition, prospecting and conversions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet membership sales goals.
• Experience training staff on tours, onboarding and engagement strategies.

Responsabilités

• Execute membership recruitment strategies to attract new members.
• Train and evaluate staff on leading branch tours and onboarding.
• Track sales, leads, onboarding rates and other KPIs; report findings.
