Job summary

Villa Sport Beaverton is seeking Ambassadors to sell memberships by presenting our club’s features, benefits, services, programs and fees in an honest, welcoming and service-oriented manner.

You’ll build relationships with prospective and new members through outreach to generate and nurture new membership leads, and you’ll be highly visible and approachable in the club, ready to greet, meet, or assist a member at any time.

Qualifications

• Memorable tours in a warm, helpful, friendly, low-pressure way.
• Sales experience including lead generation, nurturing and closing is a plus.
• Five-star hospitality or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; great listening skills.
• Polished phone skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends required.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships by presenting the club’s features, benefits, services, programs and fees.
• Build relationships with prospective and new members through outreach activities.
• Represent Villa Sport at local and community events to raise awareness.
• Be highly visible and approachable in the club to greet and assist members.
