Qualifications
- Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Friendly, professional communication and a positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
- Able to stay active and perform cleaning/maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Team player who takes initiative and helps others.
- Willingness to learn company procedures and customer account systems.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding service experience.
- Assist with membership questions, updates, and applications.
- Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel and monitor safety.
- Maintain clean vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, and amenities.
- Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, and report issues.
- Open/close procedures, operate POS, complete checklists, daily reports.
- Support coworkers and management to keep the location running safely.
- Maintain a professional attitude and uphold company policies.
