Job summary

Nova Southwestern University seeks a Membership & Donor Services professional to manage annual giving programs, donor data, and membership engagement. You will coordinate gift processing, acknowledgments, and reporting, while supporting membership drives and upgrades to grow the donor base.

The role requires strong MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative development team. Some evenings and weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in museum and membership or donor program management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Manages gift administration for annual giving programs from members, donors, and boards.
• Coordinates donor data collection, recording, and reporting.
• Manages gift acknowledgments and database maintenance.
• Assists with membership drives, renewals, and member retention strategies.
• Develops and executes membership marketing communications and donor acknowledgments.
