Job summary

Houston Symphony Society seeks a Membership Manager to drive donor renewals and acquisitions for gifts under $1,500. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage donor communications, and coordinate with the Annual Giving & Membership team to support a thriving donor community.

Responsibilities include data-driven reporting, stewardship events, and ensuring accurate messaging across Direct Mail, Email, Text, and social channels; flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum two years on a Development team.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3,000+ membership donors up to $1,499 annually.
• Design and execute year-round renewals and campaigns via multiple channels.
• Oversee budgets for annual fund campaigns and communications.
• Produce donor recognition materials and annual fund pages in InTune.
• Collaborate with Donor Events Manager on 10+ donor stewardship events.
• Serve as Tessitura power user; administer GiveButter and Double the Donation.
• Develop data-driven reports for planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Analyze fundraising performance to inform strategy across campaigns.
