Job summary

The Blanton Museum of Art at the University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Student Associate - Membership (work-study) to support the museum's membership program. You will enter data into Altru and VIP databases, organize membership materials, and assist at events under supervision, with duties including mailing letters and maintaining

Qualifications

• Must be a current UT Austin undergraduate enrolled in 6+ credits for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Must have Work-Study eligibility and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Interest in arts administration, museums, or fundraising.
• Discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into Altru and VIP databases.
• Organize and mail membership acknowledgement letters.
• Photocopy paperwork for files.
• Prepare and maintain membership collateral.
• Maintain member files and correspondence.
• Assist at membership and development events.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties.
• Support other duties as assigned.
