Position Overview
The Membership Coordinator serves as the administrative and organizational right hand to the Director of Membership, Brand & Culture. This role supports membership operations, prospective member communications, onboarding, marketing administration, event coordination, and day-to-day departmental organization.

Responsibilities
Membership & Administrative Support
- Support the Director of Membership, Brand & Culture with daily administrative responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meeting notes, project tracking, and follow-up items
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and communications
- Coordinate projects between Membership, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Keep department priorities organized and moving forward
Member Experience
- Respond to membership inquiries and manage the membership inbox
- Schedule prospective member calls and tours
- Maintain accurate CRM records and member communications
- Coordinate onboarding for new members, including agreements, profiles, welcome materials, and portal access
- Track member preferences and help create personalized experiences
Marketing Support
- Schedule and publish approved social media content
- Manage the social media content calendar
- Perform quality checks on scheduled posts
- Organize marketing assets and campaign materials
- Monitor posts and flag comments or messages requiring follow-up
This position supports marketing administration and scheduling. It is not responsible for content creation, graphic design, or creative strategy.
Events & Programming
- Coordinate RSVPs, guest lists, seating charts, surveys, and event communications
- Assist with event setup, registration, guest experience, and day-of execution
- Help guide members throughout events and support the Membership Director with operational details
- Complete post-event follow-up and CRM updates
Reporting
- Administer the member referral program
- Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, membership, marketing, events, administration, or client service
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and project management abilities
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and social media scheduling platforms
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for member events
Preferred Experience
- Private club, luxury hospitality, high-end customer service, membership organizations, or event management
