Job summary

The Legacy Club in Plano, Texas is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support the Director of Membership, Brand & Culture. You will assist with membership communications, onboarding, events, and overall department organization in a luxury hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of administrative or hospitality experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and comfort using CRM and marketing tools. Flexible evenings/weekends for club events are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in administrative, coordinator, hospitality, membership, events, marketing operations, or client service roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills with a warm, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars, deadlines, channels, and priorities without losing details.
• Comfort working in CRM platforms, social media scheduling tools, email marketing systems, spreadsheets, and shared project-management platforms.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling member information and sensitive communications.
• Willingness to work select evenings and occasional weekends for club events and programming.
• Private club, luxury hospitality, membership, or event experience preferred.

Position Overview

The Membership Coordinator serves as the organizational and administrative right hand to the Director of Membership, Brand & Culture. This role supports the day-to-day execution of membership communications, prospective member follow-up, member onboarding, marketing administration, event coordination, and departmental organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, polished, and comfortable moving between multiple priorities while ensuring details are completed accurately and on time.
