Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote Sam's Club products and services to Members.
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts as part of Membership support.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Maintain safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials.
