Life Time Inc. in California is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support member engagement, account maintenance and program knowledge at our resort in Folsom.
You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering friendly service and building lasting relationships. This role emphasizes hospitality—from handling inquiries and processing member needs to supporting new member sales and retention.
As a Membership Concierge II, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight and member/guest engagement. Candidates for this position must be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication. They must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to stand for 4 hours at a time and demonstrate a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.75 and pays up to $22.25, based on experience and qualifications.
