Life Time Inc. in California seeks a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive engagement at our resort. You will advance in hospitality certification levels and craft a personal progression plan to reach professional goals.
You will handle inquiries, educate members on programs, events and policies, and support both sales and retention through proactive outreach. A strong hospitality mindset and customer-focused approach are essential.
As a Membership Concierge II, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight and member/guest engagement. Grow your skills and build your professional network through self-directed progression of our hospitality certification levels and create a customized succession plan to realize your professional goals.
Candidates for this position must be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication. They must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to stand for 4 hours at a time and demonstrate a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
High School graduate or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $20.50 and pays up to $24.00, based on experience and qualifications.
