Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver exceptional service to members and guests at our club in Harrison, NY. You will be the first contact, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued while fostering value-based relationships that support healthy lifestyles.

The role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to assist with transactions. 15+ weekly hours and a concierge certification on hire are expected, with a friendly, healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16.50 and pays up to $19.50, based on experience and qualifications.
