Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver exceptional service to members and guests. You will be the welcoming first contact, educated about club programs, events, and policies, and you’ll build value-based relationships to increase loyalty.

In this role, you’ll handle transactions and account changes while maintaining a hospitable, fast-paced environment. A Concierge Certification is required after hire, with hourly pay and strong growth potential.

Qualifikationen

Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases member loyalty and assists them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.00 and pays up to $17.50, based on experience and qualifications.
