Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for members and guests.

You will educate clients on club programming, events, pricing, and policies while building value-based relationships that foster loyalty and support healthy lifestyle goals. Job description

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases member loyalty and assists them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
