You will educate on programming, events, pricing, and policies, while building value-based relationships that foster loyalty and support healthy living goals. The role is hourly, starting at $15.00 and offering up to $18.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases member loyalty and assists them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
