Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver the highest quality customer service to members and guests as the first point of contact.

You will help ensure everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued, while enjoying a fun, healthy work environment and building value-based relationships that support members’ healthy lifestyle goals. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Must complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.00 and pays up to $17.50, based on experience and qualifications.
