Job description

Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers high-quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships that increase member loyalty and help them meet their healthy lifestyle goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests
  • Handle incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • Maintain updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate members and guests effectively
  • Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences
  • Assist members with transactions and general account updates

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of service or reception experience
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • Work at least 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serving others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for a healthy lifestyle
  • Ability to multi-task and provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time

Preferred Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay: This hourly position starts at $16.50 and can go up to $19.50 based on experience and qualifications.
