Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests at our California club.

As the first point of contact, you will ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued, while helping build value-based relationships that boost member loyalty and support healthy lifestyle goals. • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16.50 and pays up to $19.50, based on experience and qualifications.
