Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Edina, MN seeks a Membership Concierge I to warmly welcome members and guests and provide timely information about programs, events and services.

As the first point of contact, you will educate members, assist with transactions, and help create extraordinary experiences in a fast-paced health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months service/reception experience.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.

Job description

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases member loyalty and assists them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
