Job summary

BrightKey, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional customer service for nonprofit and professional services members. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat, assist with account management, renewals, and billing issues, and document interactions in the CRM.

This onsite role in Annapolis Junction, MD offers a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, starting pay $18–$20 per hour, and benefits including health coverage, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for members via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist members with account management tasks, including updating contact information, renewals, and billing issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member concerns; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Support reporting tasks, including data and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and elevate priority issues to the appropriate teams.
