Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to resolve inquiries with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and chats in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify members’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Build relationships with members and coworkers by going above and beyond.
• Contribute to department and organizational goals.
• Understand banking regulations and ensure compliance.
• Be a team player within the department and credit union.
• Assist other areas as needed.
• Adhere to BSA policies and procedures.
