Job summary

Stretch Zone is hiring for a customer-focused role where you’ll educate members on practitioner-assisted stretching and help them move and feel their best. You’ll schedule sessions, answer phones, and address questions while driving performance and sales targets.

You will build lasting member relationships through follow-ups and engaging interactions, and you’ll actively reach out to prospects to grow the studio’s stretch sessions. Training is provided and communication with clients is central.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Comprehensive training provided.
• Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set.
• Ability to communicate on the telephone comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets.
• Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns.
• Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement.
• Reach out to prospects to schedule their stretching sessions.
