New Reach, headquartered inTempe, Arizona, seeks a Customer Success professional to welcome new members and guide them through a 6‑week onboarding. You’ll engage 100–200 members weekly via calls, texts, and emails, sharing courses and resources to keep members motivated and on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, or a people-focused role.
• Next-level communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport.
• Currently living in the Greater Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly face for new members in their first 6 weeks.
• Connect with 100–200 members a week via calls, texts, and emails.
• Share knowledge of courses, tools, and resources to keep members motivated.
• Hold members accountable for goals and track progress.
• Collaborate with Community, Content, Sales, and Coaches teams.
• Support the sales process when needed to help future members say yes.
• Work from our HQ office Monday through Friday.
• Comfort with change and growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with online education and/or sales is a plus.
• Live in the Greater Phoenix area.
