You will educate members on how Canvas can help them afford life and assist with lending solutions through active listening, processing transactions and promoting strong member relationships. This is a hybrid role with potential discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and cross-sell products and services across multiple channels.
• Provide high-quality service and promote member relationships that exceed expectations.
• Educate members on how Canvas can help them afford life.
• Assist members using analytical skills to remedy issues.
• Provide meaningful, careful and ethical lending solutions through active listening.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments with confidentiality.
• Fit members with appropriate products and services to help them afford life.
• Perform advanced transactions such as IRAs, CDs, wire transfers and account disputes.
• Collaborate to grow Canvas culture and share knowledge on best practices.
• Stand with members and teammates through peaks and valleys.
